Today on weDaily, we have our WeCook.


Sometimes ago, I came across a recipe app, this gave me a push to try different foods and snacks.

Of recent, I went through this same app and saw homemade banana ice cream recipe. I leaped for joy being able to try a new thing. I planned it for the following day. 
The next day, I got the needed ingredients and did it accordingly. And this resulted to the tasty and super creamy homemade ice cream.

I froze it overnight and in the early momo, I took it out and had a scoop to myself. The taste is out of this world. 

Banana ice cream is what I call nutritious. So you know, you don't have to break a bank before you make it.

Ingredients
2/3 ripe but firm bananas
A tin of peak milk
½cup of whole milk.
2 drops of vanilla extract (optional)

Equipments
Knife
Blender

How

Slice the bananas in a blender (as seen above)

Then add peak milk and the measured whole milk.
When the mix is well blended, continue to run the blender for few minutes more. This is to ensure that everything is well churned and creamy.

Pour the mix into popsicle molds or bowl.
Put in a freezer overnight.
The following day, remove the ice cream from the molds and enjoy! If you used a bowl, bring it out from the freezer, leave for at least two minutes then scoop the ice cream into cups and enjoy!
