There's a truth that "you really don't know until it happens to you" so, don't say you understand when e never do you before.

**Don't say you understand a rape victim when you've never been raped.

**Don't say you understand widowhood when you've never been a widow or widower.

**Don't tell me you understand what it means to be poor, when you've never been.

We may not understand but don't die there, yóò dáa.

So many things has happened. 

At some points, we had to learn, relearn and unlearn.

No one is an island of knowledge.

I used to think I have the words for some things until I met someone and it felt like I knew nothing all along. The process on replay for months, I had to get back to what I knew and started from scratch (not because I didn't know but intimidation was a reason). It doesn't matter if you know so little, don't be intimidated, YOU KNOW; but be encouraged to know more.

According to Wikipedia, Intimidation (also called cowing) is intentional behavior that "would cause a person of ordinary sensibilities" to fear injury or harm. It is not necessary to prove that the behavior was so violent as to cause mean terror or that the victim was actually frightened. 

Don't be intimidated but be encouraged

There is intimidation everywhere.
